What Spokane Says About The Bright Side
The Bright Side reviews speak for themselves. We could tell you we are the best exterior cleaning company in Spokane. We have said it on other pages and we meant it. But the most honest version of that claim is not something we say ourselves. It is what the people we work for say after the job is done.
These are real reviews from real clients. Homeowners who came home to a house covered in fire retardant. Families who needed new concrete cleaned after an asphalt mishap. Property managers who needed Starbucks locations cleaned and needed it done right. People who held us accountable when something needed a second look and watched us show up the next day without being asked twice.
We do not curate these to hide the bad ones. There are not bad ones worth hiding. This is just what it looks like when a company does what it says it will do.
Fire Retardant Cleanup
The Upriver Fire and Spokane Area Fires brought Phos-Chek fire retardant to hundreds of Spokane area homes this summer. These are some of the homeowners we helped get back to normal.
“Our house was covered in fire retardant. Bright Side did an amazing job cleaning up our roof, siding, sidewalk, driveway, deck, deck furniture, all that had been bombarded with the fire retardant. They were professional and respectful. Bright Side’s equipment is state of the art and it is obvious they are very experienced at what they do. We could not be happier. Thank you Chris for returning our house to normal. Without reservation we highly recommend Bright Side.”
— Rhonda C., Spokane
“They cleaned a plane load of fire retardant off of our house. Not only did they clean off the house but also did everything in our yard. The attention to detail was incredible. Our house looks new. We cannot say enough about how happy we are with the results.”
— Scott T., Spokane

When Something Needs a Second Look
This is the review we are most proud of. Not because the first pass was perfect but because of what happened when it was not.
“I have a vinyl sided home that is about 15 years old and had a fair amount of oxidation issues. Chris came in and did a great job getting it cleaned up. A day or two afterwards I saw a few spots that needed additional attention. I let Chris know and he was out at my place the next day and took care of it. If you have been holding off on getting your house cleaned definitely give The Bright Side a call. They do great work and hold themselves accountable.”
— Chris H., Spokane

Showing Up When We Say We Will
“Outstanding work and communication up to the day of service was a 10. We had multiple quotes from other companies. While his price was right with all of them it was not about cost as much as not playing all the sale discount games.”

Going Above and Beyond
This one deserves its own section.
“I called for a quote to plow the parking lot of the Isaac Foundation. They are a nonprofit that helps children and families who are touched by autism. That being said I was given the quote however I was told that they would be doing it at no charge. That they just wanted to do it for them and the families they serve. They did an excellent job. They were fast and efficient. Please consider them for any plowing needs, pressure washing, holiday light hanging, and so much more. I am so grateful for their kindness. My heart is full.”
— Jeanette M., Spokane

Holiday Lighting
“I highly recommend The Bright Side Spokane. They put up our Christmas lights and the results are fabulous. Their service was super responsive and quick. We emailed them for a quote and had it right away. Very communicative. Our lights were put up three days later. We picked a creative color idea and they did it perfectly. They will install and then take them down to store. The lights are on a sensor and come on from dusk until dawn. Everything was so easy and we do not have to worry about anything. We could not be happier.”
— Kelley M., Spokane

We were really satisfied. I just had them out again to address a clogged gutter on a flat roof. They responded quickly, removing an old wasp nest that caused the obstruction. Above and beyond. I would highly recommend them.”

— Wendy L., Spokane
Window Cleaning
“Kris was great. On time and early with a call to see if it was okay. Professional. He cheerfully redid a window because the window was so clean a bird tried to go through the house. Splat, feathers on the newly cleaned window. This was a bit of an urgent situation for a friend and Kris worked the job in on a horribly hot day. We would use Kris and The Bright Side again and would recommend highly.”
— Mary W., Spokane
“On the hottest day of the summer The Bright Side came to clean out our gutters and wash both interior and exterior windows. What a high quality experience. All gutter debris was cleaned up and removed. Our technician even got on the roof to blow off a lot of pine needles that had collected. The windows are amazingly clean and such a great refresh for our home. I highly recommend them and will for sure have them back again.”
— Darlene W., Spokane
“Kris was both very thorough and polite. He did an amazing job on my windows, screens, and solar panels. He even got most of the calcium off the lower windows from the sprinklers that no one could before in the past three and a half years of owning this home. My windows have never looked so clean.”

“Kris did a superb job. He is professional, personable, and efficient. I highly recommend him. I could add a picture but you would not see anything. My windows are so perfectly clean they are invisible.”
— Linda C., Spokane
“Bright Side beats and meets expectations. He gets the job done quickly and done well. He cleans the windows one by one. I have had a company that used my garden hose and water and just sprayed the windows. Did not wipe sills or any extra effort and charged atrocious fees. Nothing like a good old fashioned window washer that gets the job done right. He even cleaned the screen on my sliding door.”
— James S., Spokane
“Had my windows and screens cleaned. They did an amazing job. No streaks, beautiful job. Highly recommend.”
— Shelley B., Spokane

— Graciela M., Spokane

Concrete and Driveways
“We are extremely happy with how our patio turned out. Kris was so easy and professional to get a quote from, schedule with, and have at the house. Our patio, counters, and metal work had layers of dust, dirt, and pollen built up from never being professionally cleaned. It is sparkling now. He went above and beyond with his work. Highly recommend.”
