Kris Ott embarked on his journey in the home service industry back in 2012 as a skilled Carpet, Rug, and Upholstery Cleaning Technician in Boise, Idaho. His expertise flourished at one of the area’s oldest and most reputable companies. Seeking to diversify his skills, Kris delved into window cleaning, honing his craft over the years and imbibing core principles of effective communication and running a business with integrity under the guidance of his former boss, Jerry Dunne.

In 2020, Kris took a leap and founded his own venture, Cleaner Windows, swiftly gaining recognition as a prominent window cleaning and pressure washing company in the Treasure Valley. In 2023, a significant turning point occurred when Kris was approached to sell his company. With a new chapter unfolding in his personal life, Kris and his wife decided to move to Spokane to be closer to her roots after welcoming their baby.

The transition led to the inception of The Bright Side, where Kris and his team bring over a decade of wisdom and knowledge to the surrounding area. Specializing in seasonal light installation and power washing, The Bright Side is founded on the belief that “if you don’t take care of your customers, someone else will.” Kris and his team eagerly anticipate the opportunity to serve and bring a bright touch to your surroundings.
